Tuesday: Swim 4:00 Spin 5:00 OR gravel road ride at 4:00
Wednesday: Run at 4:00 Core work evening
Thursday: Swim 4:00 spin 5:00
Friday: Swim 4:00
Saturday: Gravel Road ride around 10:00
Sunday: Run 10:45

Tuesday or thursdays I may drop a swim or bike and add a run
