Seeking Wetsuit Advice

Does anyone have any advice on wetsuits? For example sleeves vs. sleeveless, shorts or full length legs, particulary brands that are better or ones to avoid. We are considering purchasing wetsuits for the upcoming Ironman Kansas in June so if you have any tips, please pass them along.

wetsuits

probably sleeveless in June. They are easier to get off.
I'd go cheap unless you think you might wear it out? :)
