PG Joyner - Paul and Ginger Joyner (like you had to guess on that one). Our two kids are also members but they do not get to post.

I'm Suzanne...sorry I choose a username completely not like my name Twisted Evil

I did alot of road bikeing over the summer...and while I injured my knee(although not really just someone really misdiagnosed it Confused ) I learned to swim. I actually really like swimming now and not just the freestyle.

not really sure about doing tris...it can be hard enough just to do one sport but cross triaining is good! As they say variety is the spice of life. If I get bored I can do something else. I'm pretty easy going and do things b/c i think there fun. I really doubt being able to do the half-iron maybe next year. For my training schedule heavy on bikeing and swimming and running 3 miles every other day for a little while. I'm realy not sure what to do if I haven't run for 4 months or biked or walked much. Although after like a week a physical therapy i'm completely feeling good Cool I don't know how I'm going to bike, swim and run it was enough just to bike!
