jkmunoz is James and Kristen (usually Kristen does the posting on here) - most of you know us from the many summer bikerides or maybe from the tri class.

who am I?

I'm Suzanne...sorry I choose a username completely not like my name

I did alot of road bikeing over the summer...and while I injured my knee(although not really just someone really misdiagnosed it :? ) I learned to swim. I actually really like swimming now and not just the freestyle.

not really sure about doing tris...it can be hard enough just to do one sport but cross triaining is good! As they say variety is the spice of life. If I get bored I can do something else. I'm pretty easy going and do things b/c i think there fun. I really doubt being able to do the half-iron maybe next year. For my training schedule heavy on bikeing and swimming and running 3 miles every other day for a little while. I'm realy not sure what to do if I haven't run for 4 months or biked or walked much. Although after like a week a physical therapy i'm completely feeling good 8) I don't know how I'm going to bike, swim and run it was enough just to bike!

Hey, name's Matt. I'm new to this site, but have been living in the area for the last few years. Used to MTB a lot when I lived in Washington, and want to get back into trails and anything involving fat tires. My work and military committments tend to limit what I can do, regardless of what I want to do, but I will always try. And it's always more fun when I'm not doing it alone. :)

Interested in Adventure racing, and looking for a few more to form a team, so let me know if you're interested!
